The CelSian CO+ sensor is the first non-invasive combustion monitoring solution developed specifically for the glass industry. By combining operational data with CelSian’s database and expertise, we benchmark your energy use and CO₂ emissions against other furnaces within your company and, anonymously, against similar furnaces worldwide. This reveals trends, performance gaps, and opportunities to improve energy consumption with confidence. When comparing data over multiple years, our tool can also present a furnace's performance over its lifetime, including the aging effects.
