Energy Balance Model (EBM) software
Imagine having a virtual copy of your furnace, from the melting tank to the combustion space, and from regenerators to batch pre-heaters. The Energy Balance Model software maps every heat flow across your furnace. It pinpoints sources of energy loss and inefficiency with precision. With these insights, you can then figure out which solutions to implement to enhance your furnace's efficiency, thereby reducing its energy consumption and associated costs without extensive modeling.
GTM-X Software
GTM-X is a Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulation tool that enables precise simulations of glass furnaces, whether electrical, hybrid or fully combustion, melting. With GTM-X, you can simulate real furnace and forehearth behavior to uncover opportunities for energy savings, lower emissions, and enhanced performance, without interrupting production. Other chemistry-driven high-temperature processes, such as CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) or cement production, can be simulated with GTM-X.
