As trainer at our Academy you are responsible for running open enrolment and customer dedicated training programs. We are experts in glass melting and support the global glass industry with a number of trainings for furnace operators up to senior R&D and engineering teams. Our training offering comprises a mix of E-learning, online simulators, case studies as well as classical courses. We have developed a network of passionate and experienced glass experts and are continuously looking for part-time glass experts to further support and extend our training offer worldwide.
Key tasks
- Organize and run glass trainings in your region.
- Acquisition of training participants.
- Sell company dedicated trainings.
- Analyse and report participant feed back.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in glass industry (R&D, engineering, operations).
- Passion for glass manufacturing.
- Next to English, fluent in one of these languages: Japanese, Chinese, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian or German.
- Strong communication skills (as trainer and towards global training network).
